On March 23rd this year, life as we knew it came to a staggering halt. We are now in our third week of lockdown and there is no end in sight. I’ve decided to put a separate category for the new poetry I’m writing. As I am very anxious these days, as well as dealing with PTSD, I have decided that I’m not going to mention the virus that’s causing so much chaos. Needless to say, all that’s written in this time will be from a strange place.
I’m going to stop now, as I’m talking in circles, another symptom of my stir crazy mind with this whole thing of isolation. I hope the new poems will give you some peace of mind.
May God bless us and protect us in this uncertain time
